My studio crafts beautiful, heartfelt artwork that you will treasure on your walls forever. Our creations are also wonderful gifts for family and friends through smaller prints, custom books, calendars, and greeting cards as add-ons to your purchase.
Most of my clients invest $350 or more on their artwork. A few spend less. There is no minimum order requirement. Session fees (not included in print and package prices) begin at $75. Payment of a non-refundable session fee is required before I can schedule you into the calendar. I prefer to meet with customers via phone and/or in-person before going into details regarding specific pricing or scheduling. My best work happens when I've had a chance to meet my customers in advance of their sessions. Your in-person first impression of my studio and staff will tell you if we're the right place for you. Visiting the studio is also a great way to see what my products look like in their final form. We love showing our studio off to visitors. It's definitely worth your extra time!
Special Offers are often posted on this website or through my Facebook Fan Page. I also offer discounts on all services and products for active Military families.
My studio is proofless.
The sale of prints and products is our bread and butter. It's also what allows us to fill our dogs' bowls every day. They seem to like that.
The only images that leave the studio are those purchased during your sales presentation a few days following your session. I do not provide images on a disk for personal printing but we offer everything that you could possibly want in prints and products. Email-compatible images are available with some of my packages. Email images may not be printed or submitted to other companies for any commercial activity without my written permission. Images may not be scanned or reproduced in any way outside of my studio without my written permission. Images posted on my website or blog may not be transferred or manipulated from this website without my permission. They are posted here as a courtesy only. I regularly monitor drag and drop activities.
Scheduling
I offer Studio Sessions and Portrait Journeys (location work - call for more information).
Sessions are scheduled by calling or visiting with us directly. I do not schedule sessions via email.
Traditional weekday Studio Sessions times are:
11 a.m.
1 p.m.
2 p.m.
3 p.m.
4 p.m.
5 p.m. or later
Saturdays - when available.
11 a.m.
1 p.m.
My calendar is often booked out a couple weeks in advance. Sometimes, especially August - December, the calendar is scheduled out several weeks (particularly during early evenings and Saturdays).
Let us know up front if you're a returning customer or if you have an emergency portrait need.
Session payments
We ask for a non-refundable payment of your session fee in advance before it is locked into the calendar.
Please call a minimum of one or two days in advance if you're not going to be able to make your date and time. It's nearly impossible for us to rebook session times that are cancelled with short notice. Advance notice will, however, allow me to reschedule my employees accordingly. My employees are scheduled in advance to be at the studio to assist with all sessions.
Your Sales Appointment
This is when you'll enjoy your entire collection of portraits for the first time!
Please bring all decision-makers to this appointment. All sales are final.
This is a professional appointment and is designed to be a fun experience. However, we've found that young children become bored after the first few minutes. Please them with a sitter if possible.
The sales presentation begins with a 3-4 minute music video that showcases your portrait collection. Then our professional staff will present somewhere around 40 of the best portraits from your session. The images are presented through a state-of-the-art projection system. We'll help you select your favorites from the overall collection as you decide which portraits you want to purchase for your wall art. Gallery Wraps have been our most popular artwork product. But you'll also be tempted with products such as our new Acrylic Artwork, Books, Calendars, Greeting Cards and more.
The Sales Appointment is usually a 60-90 minute appointment - sometimes a bit longer. In most cases, these appointments are scheduled in the later afternoon, early evening and sometimes on Saturdays. My staff is specifically scheduled to meet with you for this appointment.
Additional Sales Appointments for the same session are available for an $40 per appointment.
Payment for your artwork is requested at the time you place your order. Payment plans are available.
We try to archive images for up to one year, sometimes longer but this not guaranteed. It is very important that you purchase most of your requests at the time of your initial sales session. A $40 archive fee will be charged if you request to see or purchase images more than one year old.
We will also store your purchased products for up to 60 days following your initial sales appointment. After that, we can't really be responsible for them - unless you've checked in with us and let us know what's up.
I accept Checks, Cash, Visa & Mastercard.
We'll give you a call when your artwork is complete and ready for pickup - usually within 2-3 weeks after placing your order.
